Your repair request
Updated September 28, 2026 UTC.
Submitting a repair brief sends your email, the systems involved, expected and actual behavior, optional acceptance description and whether a human or agent submitted it to CivicDataForge's private Cloudflare D1 review queue. We use it to assess feasibility and communicate about your request. This is not marketing consent.
A receipt confirms storage, not that an operator has read or accepted the work. No automatic confirmation email is sent. The private receipt token reads the request's status; it does not reveal the brief or contact email through the status API and cannot authorize payment or production access. The browser saves this token and reference locally so you can retry or return. Use “Start a separate request” to remove that local receipt; this does not delete your server record.
Requests and their inbox/event records expire after 90 days and are removed during intake traffic or authorized inbox maintenance. Ordinary Cloudflare infrastructure logs and backup retention are separate; see our general notice. An agreed paid engagement receives separate written retention and access terms.
For abuse control, we store request counts using a daily-changing HMAC-derived identifier based on the IP supplied by Cloudflare, not the raw IP in the application table. Counters expire after two days and are removed during intake traffic or maintenance. Contact information and brief text are not sent to marketing analytics or an AI model by this intake.
Do not submit passwords, access tokens, private customer records, card details or sensitive personal information. Automated pattern checks cannot identify every secret. To request removal or ask a question, email civicdataforgehq@gmail.com with the request reference, not its private token.
