Restricted-party evidence that preserves the review trail.
A U.S. ITA Consolidated Screening List workflow for U.S. teams and India- or China-facing sourcing, supplier, marketplace, and trade operations. Submit a party name and optional country/address context; receive exact or conservative fuzzy candidates with the source snapshot, published aliases and addresses, list links, scores, and hash receipts.
Three explicit outcomes
| Decision | Meaning |
|---|---|
POTENTIAL_MATCH_REVIEW_REQUIRED | An exact or threshold-meeting primary-name or alias candidate exists. Even a score of 100 requires due diligence. |
NO_CSL_NAME_MATCH | No name candidate met the configured rule in the completely downloaded U.S. CSL snapshot. This is not clearance. |
SOURCE_UNAVAILABLE | The official source could not be fetched or validated. Source failure is never converted into no-match. |
Evidence carried forward
Each row binds source identity and URL, fetch time, source-byte SHA-256, record count and observed federal list sources. Candidate rows retain the matched primary name or alias, score, rank, party type, published aliases, addresses, identifiers, programs, remarks, official list links, a stable record fingerprint, and a decision receipt hash.
Cross-border scope without inflated claims
The source is the official U.S. ITA CSL. India- and China-facing teams can use it when their workflow requires U.S. restricted-party evidence. CivicDataForge does not claim India-native or China-native restriction-list coverage, beneficial-owner resolution, identity adjudication, or authorization to transact.
