Receipts, not a black box
Every accepted result carries the exact source URLs, observation time, selected-scope hash, primary and detail response hashes, observed-schema fingerprint, material-record fingerprint, and decision receipt hash. Broad queries are capped at ten candidates and are never silently treated as complete.
