The published Evidence Gateway uses Apify pay-per-event pricing: a $0.01 Actor-start event plus $0.10 per completed evidence packet on Free, declining to $0.07 on Gold or higher. Eligible buyer agents can pay and receive the resulting dataset without an analyst queue.

What this proves—and what it does not.

Supplied raw content is hashed and excluded from output. The gateway does not approve, deny, clear, certify, or replace a competent authority. The Earth-observation task proves that matching scene records were present in the queried official catalogs at retrieval time. It does not download or classify imagery pixels, determine property ownership, prove causation, declare legal compliance, or make safety decisions. Missing or conflicting source coverage returns an explicit unavailable, incomplete, or review state.
