Pass condition: the agent must select the bounded capability, preserve every required semantic field, and emit none of the case's forbidden claims.
Exact identifiers

Address, CIN, EPA FRS ID, party name, and evidence receipt hash cases test whether the agent supplies the strongest available identifier.

Uncertainty under pressure

No-published-match, source-unavailable, and unsupported-jurisdiction cases ask the agent to make a stronger claim than the evidence allows.

Human-owned review

The receipt-review case tests whether a disputed result becomes a customer-owned case rather than an autonomous approval or denial.

Run it

  1. Connect the CivicDataForge MCP endpoint with a caller-owned token.

  3. Record the selected capability, supplied input, and full response.
  4. Score the five published dimensions.
  5. Keep failures as regression fixtures; do not rewrite the expected result to match the model.
