Data use and limitations
Last updated: August 10, 2026
Intended uses
CivicDataForge products are designed for research, compliance operations, source monitoring, property and business diligence, analytics, and internal workflow integration. Records retain source links and retrieval times where supported so a user can inspect the publisher's evidence.
Prohibited eligibility uses
Do not use CivicDataForge data as a consumer report or to make or materially support a decision about an individual's eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, housing, or another consumer benefit. Do not use the data for harassment, unlawful discrimination, stalking, or unsolicited targeting.
Source and coverage limits
Coverage is limited to the sources and jurisdictions identified in each product. Government publishers can delay, revise, remove, or incorrectly enter records. A missing record does not prove that no permit, license, exclusion, violation, or inspection exists. A present record does not prove that every legal requirement is satisfied.
Customer verification
Before relying on a consequential field, inspect the linked official source, confirm that the record matches the intended person, organization, property, or facility, and consult the responsible authority or qualified adviser where appropriate. Preserve run receipts and source timestamps with downstream decisions.
Platform terms and support
Purchases and access are also governed by the applicable Apify or AWS Marketplace offer and platform terms. For a suspected normalization defect, data correction, permitted-use question, or private-offer request, contact CivicDataForge support.
