Technical and data support

For a failed run, unexpected schema, missing record, or source discrepancy, include the Actor run ID or AWS product name, the affected official source, the approximate time, and the expected result. We will reproduce the issue against the official publisher and distinguish a product defect from a publisher-side change.

Corrections and provenance questions

CivicDataForge normalizes records published by government sources; it does not issue permits, licenses, exclusions, inspections, or enforcement decisions. Send the record identifier and source URL when reporting a suspected normalization error. Corrections to the underlying government record must be directed to the issuing authority.

Billing and account support

For marketplace invoices, subscriptions, refunds, access, or payment methods, begin with the marketplace where the purchase occurred. Email us when the question concerns CivicDataForge pricing, delivered data, or fulfillment and include the marketplace reference without sending financial credentials.

Coverage and commercial requests

For STR permit verification or monitoring, begin with the structured Permit Match Audit so geography, volume, workflow, success condition, and intended paid path arrive together. Use the support address for another jurisdiction, historical feed, recurring delivery, private offer, or integration request.

Responsible use

These products support research, compliance, and operational verification. They are not consumer reports and must not be used to determine eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, housing, or another consumer benefit. Review the data-use limits before integrating a feed.
