Official-source portfolio verification
Turn a property list into a source-linked permit evidence bundle.
CivicDataForge matches submitted addresses against one supported government's published STR permit registry. The result separates exact published matches, human-review candidates, invalid input, and honest no-match findings. Every delivered row retains the official source and a record fingerprint.

What the evidence bundle does differently
| Layer | What is delivered | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Match decision | EXACT_PUBLISHED_MATCH, REVIEW_CANDIDATE, NOT_FOUND_IN_PUBLISHED_SOURCE, or INVALID_INPUT | A similar address is never silently upgraded into a permit match. |
| Official lineage | Permit ID, source-defined status, expiration when published, matched address, and government source URL | The buyer can inspect the publisher behind every consequential row. |
| Tamper evidence | SHA-256 fingerprints for matched source records and hashes binding the input, registry scope, and output | The delivered result can be reproduced and checked after handoff. |
| Negative-result boundary | Coverage mode and an explicit warning about what a no-match can and cannot prove | Missing from a published feed is not mislabeled as illegal or ineligible. |
| Monitoring integrity | Complete-scope baselines; capped pages are rejected; collapsed or schema-damaged updates are quarantined | A partial or broken source cannot manufacture false disappearance alerts. |
Inspect the generated sample
The sample uses three Orlando rows from the already published, owner-name-free 100-row evaluation file. It demonstrates two exact matches and one no-match against that bounded file. It is not presented as a complete Orlando registry audit.

Request flow
- Submit company, supported geography, portfolio size, workflow, success condition, and intended paid path.
- CivicDataForge responds with a bounded proof plan or a clear no-fit reason. Do not send a property list until fit is confirmed.
- Accepted proofs receive the evidence bundle. If it answers the evaluation question, choose usage-priced access, the 30-day pilot, or a scoped recurring delivery.
The intake collects contact and business-request information through Google Forms. Review the privacy notice and data-use limits.
