CivicDataForge / Permit Match Audit

Official-source portfolio verification

Turn a property list into a source-linked permit evidence bundle.

CivicDataForge matches submitted addresses against one supported government's published STR permit registry. The result separates exact published matches, human-review candidates, invalid input, and honest no-match findings. Every delivered row retains the official source and a record fingerprint.

Zero-touch purchase and delivery

Validate the portfolio before payment

Choose one supported jurisdiction and enter one street address per line. The scope is validated before Stripe opens; after payment, the official-source workflow starts automatically and the private result page delivers the receipt-bound JSON packet.

Use your connected listings—no retyping

Read your own received listings from this browser’s private connection. Select properties, then review the address, unit and jurisdiction before payment.

No subscription for a one-time check. Monthly monitoring renews until canceled and includes in-dashboard alerts.

Only the validated address portfolio is stored behind an opaque intake reference. Addresses are not placed in the Stripe URL, emailed, or sent to analytics.

One usable property record

Read the evidence. See the follow-up. Keep the file.

Direct deliveries organize your permit results into a private property workspace, with source dates, field-presence details, a follow-up queue and JSON, CSV and printable reports. Weekly monitoring keeps its change history in the same dashboard.

Chicago portfolios also receive an exact-building query of the city’s published building violations. Cases are building context—not unit-level findings. Supported records can include satellite-map and nearby Street View links derived from valid official parcel coordinates, plus reviewed official contact routes. Those links are navigation aids—not imagery analysis, a current inspection, or a property-condition verdict. Other permit jurisdictions retain the permit workspace without implying municipal-case coverage.

What the evidence bundle does differently

If an address is missing from a published source, start with why a no-match is not a legal verdict.

LayerWhat is deliveredWhy it matters
Match decisionEXACT_PUBLISHED_MATCH, REVIEW_CANDIDATE, NOT_FOUND_IN_PUBLISHED_SOURCE, or INVALID_INPUTA similar address is never silently upgraded into a permit match.
Official lineagePermit ID, source-defined status, expiration when published, matched address, and government source URLThe buyer can inspect the publisher behind every consequential row.
Tamper evidenceSHA-256 fingerprints for matched source records and hashes binding the input, registry scope, and outputThe delivered result can be reproduced and checked after handoff.
Negative-result boundaryCoverage mode and an explicit warning about what a no-match can and cannot proveMissing from a published feed is not mislabeled as illegal or ineligible.
Monitoring integrityFailed or incomplete checks are not accepted as a new successful baseline.Source outages remain visible and cannot silently become a no-match finding.

Inspect the current live-source sample

The customer-facing sample runs the same complete Orlando publisher query used by the paid workflow. Its report states the exact observation time, query mode, row decisions, official source, file hashes and interpretation boundary. It includes two published-address checks and one deliberate absence test without exposing owner names.

Interpretation boundary: an exact match means the selected publisher returned a permit record for the normalized address in the stated scope. A no-match does not prove illegality, ineligibility, or absence from every government system. Verify consequential facts with the issuing authority.

Request flow

  1. Select a supported jurisdiction and submit 1–25 street addresses through the secure intake above. Unsupported or malformed scope is rejected before payment.
  2. Continue to Stripe with the opaque intake reference. Stripe collects payment and returns you to a private receipt-bound delivery page.
  3. The signed payment event launches the complete supported official-registry query automatically. Transient failures retry safely without starting a second fulfillment.
  4. Save your private access link. Monthly customers use the same dashboard to review weekly checks, changes and billing status.
