CivicDataForge / Supplier screening batch
Screen the portfolio. Preserve the evidence. Reopen review when the facts change.
The batch workflow is designed for recurring supplier and counterparty operations—not a one-time search box. Each party keeps a stable case reference, source and match fingerprints, human disposition, and change classification.
Portfolio boundary: 1–100 parties per run. Customer identifiers remain caller-owned; do not submit unnecessary personal or sensitive data.
Recurring workflow
| Run | Output |
|---|---|
| Initial | Candidate/no-match/source decision, evidence rows, batch receipt, and unreviewed queue. |
| Review | Customer-supplied disposition and non-sensitive reference bound to the decision receipt. |
| Refresh | Source, candidate, and decision deltas. Changed evidence reopens the case for human review. |

}The workflow records decisions; it does not make procurement decisions. Approval, denial, escalation, and legal interpretation remain with the customer.
FAQ
Does it replace enterprise case management? No. It supplies a compact, receipt-bound queue that can feed existing systems.
Can a cleared disposition stay closed forever? No. Materially changed evidence automatically reopens review.
