What the sample proves
Use it to inspect the 24-column marketplace schema, permit and unit identifiers, normalized and source status, address precision, coordinate provenance, jurisdiction classification, dates, source URLs, and retrieval timestamps. It includes unit-level examples, varied provenance, and honest null-coordinate records.
What it does not include
The sample is not the complete registry, a recurring feed, or current proof for every property. It excludes owner/operator names, raw source objects, personal phone/email, and all South Carolina records. Government publishers can delay, correct, or omit records; verify consequential facts with the issuing authority.
