Make official permit evidence part of your product.

Listing and reservation data show what is advertised and booked. CivicDataForge supplies the government-record layer: permit identity, source-defined status, dates, address or parcel fields, official source links, stable fingerprints, and explicit coverage.

For platform teams

Enrich a managed portfolio

Join a platform property ID or normalized address to an official permit record, preserve the publisher link, and route uncertain matches to review instead of silently upgrading them.

For data teams

Monitor one complete scope

Establish a complete, query-bound jurisdiction baseline and compare the same scope later. Collapsed, capped, empty, or schema-damaged updates are quarantined.

For compliance workflows

Keep the interpretation honest

An exact match means the selected publisher returned a permit record in the stated scope. A no-match is not mislabeled as illegal, ineligible, or absent from every government system.

Call through MCP

The hosted remote MCP endpoint exposes the same Actor tools to compatible agents using the customer's own Apify token and marketplace account.

The integration path

  1. Name one supported jurisdiction and the portfolio workflow the evidence must answer.
  2. Use the public sample, public Orlando task, or an audit of up to 25 addresses to test schema and match quality.
  3. If the result answers the evaluation question, define the buyer system of record, update cadence, review path, and delivery route.
  4. Run the 30-day pilot, prove the workflow, and move the integration into partner certification.
Responsible-use boundary: CivicDataForge is public-record research and compliance infrastructure, not a consumer report. Do not use it as the sole basis for credit, insurance, employment, housing, or another eligibility decision. Do not treat missing publisher data as a legal conclusion.

Bring the workflow. We bring the official-record layer.

Name the platform, the properties or jurisdictions involved, the decision the evidence supports, and the delivery route. We will map it to a bounded evaluation and put real records through it.
